1. Introduction
Welcome and thank you for considering our Holistic Art Therapy sessions. This therapy combines the creative process of art making with psychological theory and practice as a therapeutic discipline. The following Booking Policy is designed to ensure that your experience is organized, fulfilling, and beneficial.

2. Booking Policy

2.1 Scheduling Sessions

  • Booking Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure the availability of our therapists.
  • Online Booking: Clients can book sessions via our website or direct contact with our administrative staff.
  • Confirmation: Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your session time, therapist, and other relevant information.

2.2 Payment

  • Fees: Details regarding the session fees will be clear at the time of booking and depend on the session length and package chosen.
  • Methods of Payment: We accept payments through credit cards, online payment systems, and in some cases, cash.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remainder of the fee is payable at the time of the session.

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their session once, subject to availability, provided the aforementioned notice period is respected.

2.4 No-Show Policy

  • Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may inhibit future bookings.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Client Confidentiality: All client information and session content are treated as confidential to maintain your privacy.
  • Data Protection: Personal information is stored and managed in accordance with data protection laws.

4. Special Considerations

  • Accessibility Needs: Please inform us of any special requirements or accessibility needs at the time of booking.
  • Health Concerns: Clients should disclose any health conditions or concerns which might affect their participation in art therapy sessions.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Promptness: Arrive on time for sessions to derive maximum benefit from your booked slot.
  • Communication: Keep open communication regarding your needs, discomforts, or other concerns that may arise during the session.

6. Liability

  • Indemnification: Clients participate in sessions at their own risk and agree to indemnify the provider against any claims arising from participation in the therapy session.

7. Agreement

  • By booking a session, clients agree to these terms and conditions. This policy is subject to change without prior notice and clients are encouraged to review it periodically.
